Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for a Housing Repairs Technician – Electrician to join our team based in the East Midlands . You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £31,067- £33,366 per annum. We are looking for a qualified Electrician to undertake repairs and maintenance work in both tenanted and empty properties. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to work within our Customer’s homes for the completion of repair and maintenance works. You will possess the appropriate City and Guilds, or equivalent qualification, combined with knowledge of general building and construction. You will require a friendly and positive outlook, along with experience of dealing with the public and a full valid driving licence.
