We believe in the power of the individual and communities to grow, develop and change. ? ?We have a new and exciting opportunity within CANW for a part time Supervising Social Worker in our growing Care and Accommodation department. At this exciting point in growth for our charity, you will be responsible for ensuring the service attains positive outcomes for children and young people and that young people are actively engaged in decision making concerning the aspects of their lives which matter to them. ? The role also involves supporting the Team Manager in the recruitment, assessment, training, support and supervision of a range of foster carers ensuring high quality placements are available for looked after children and young people. ? Our perfect candidate will be a team player who will help us drive forward our ambition for growth, innovation and excellence across our service portfolio, we are looking for a candidate who is passionate, self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude who wants to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people. ?
