Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader for one of our clients based in Norton Canes. The role will be leading a team of 4 production staff, with the view to progress into a Warehouse Manager.

Warehouse Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Looking after a team of production staff
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations
  • Use forklift to move goods within warehouse

Warehouse Team Leader Details:

  • Salary: £32,000 PA (Increases to £36,000 PA after 6 months)
  • Location: Norton Canes (WS11)
  • Hours: Full time – (Monday – Friday)

Warehouse Team Leader Requirements:

  • Experience in leading a production team
  • Experience in implementing and enforcing safety procedures and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • PC Literate
  • Forklift license
