You will work closely with the Managing Director and Head of Sales to shape strategic decision-making, support continued growth, and directly influence the organisation's future trajectory.\\n\\nThe ideal candidate will have experience supporting a business through periods of expansion, demonstrating resilience, commitment, and a proactive, hands-on approach.\\n\\nWhat will you be doing?\\n\\nLead cost-saving initiatives by reviewing expenditure and implementing efficiency projects.\\n\\nAnalyse product costs and margins, providing insight and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team.\\n\\nOversee departmental budgeting and ensure adherence to financial plans.\\n\\nEnsure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts.\\n\\nMaintain compliance with all legislative, financial, and regulatory requirements.\\n\\nManage company-wide cash-flow policies and monitor financial transactions.\\n\\nOversee the preparation of statutory returns and the administration of company pension schemes.\\n\\nWhat skills are we looking for?\\n\\nFully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).\\n\\nProven experience within the manufacturing sector.\\n\\nStrong background working within an SME environment.\\n\\nCommercially astute with a strategic approach to financial leadership.\\n\\nExperience operating at SLT level and attending board meetings.\\n\\nPrevious management experience, ideally as the No.1 in Finance. \\n\\nWhat's on offer?\\n\\n£75,000 salary\\n\\n£6,000-£7,000 car allowance or electric car\\n\\n12.5% profit share\\n\\nClear progression opportunities\\n\\nUp to 10% matched pension\\n\\nPaid parking\\n\\nPrivate healthcare \\n\\nTo apply, please submit your CV below or contact Inci Evcil for further information.\\n\\nTo apply please send your CV, quoting our reference and specifying which website you saw this position advertised on.
