Managing Director β Public Sector Recruitment
cΒ£100,000 + strong P&L bonus & benefits
Flexible base location β national role
High-profile, leadership level opportunity for a seasoned and credible recruitment expert within Public Sector recruitment. In this national role, you will be responsible for driving the continued growth of all public sector business within a leading recruitment firm.
You will need to have a strong, proven track record in public sector recruitment, ideally spanning multiple functional specialisms and sub-sectors within the public sector arena, including a deep understanding of public sector business development, frameworks, and strategy.
This is a senior leadership role. You\βll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, being the designer and executor of a bold and well-funded expansion programme within a highly respected recruitment business.
The base location is flexible for this position, as you will have a national remit. You will of course be able to work partly from home, on a hybrid basis.
