Adore Recruitment is proud to be working with a successful, family-run plumbing distribution business currently expanding their warehouse team. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Operative who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to contribute to a growing operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods
- Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries
- Managing stock levels and inventory accuracy
- Operating forklifts (if licensed) to handle goods safely
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse
- Assisting with other tasks across the business as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck) highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence and own transport required (site not easily accessible by public transport)
- Strong work ethic and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent team player with good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
