Contracts Manager – Refurbishment London Up to £80,000 + package Start: June 2025 Permanent Our client is an award-winning prinicipal contractor with a growing reputation within the refurbishment sector. They are looking to appoint a new Contracts Manager to join their business, which has seen steady growth since established 10 years ago. Specialising in the refurbishment of industrial and commercial projects in London and the North Home Counties. This opportunity will suit you if you have a deep appreciation and passion for delivering ah high projects efficiently. You should also be someone who is able to communicate well at all levels and have an inner drive to achieve excellence. Ideally, you will have both an academic and trade background in construction, but more importantly a love for high quality workmanship. Skills, Attributes and Experience • SMSTS / Black CSCS Card/ 1st Aid • A minimum of 10 years as Project Manager or Contracts Manager within refurbishment projects • Capable of managing 2-5 projects simultaneously valued at £500,000 – £2m each. • Able to demonstrate success at resolving issues at site and client level. • Collaborative approach with all parties where strong working relationships can be built with the client, design team, and trade subcontractors. • Ensuring sites are productive, economic and progressive • Client-facing experience with the ability to lead meetings and liaise with stakeholders effectively. • Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven to maintain high-quality standards. • Leading the site management teams Should this position be of interest, you will join a company that truly values their employees and will provide opportunities to fast forward your career.
