Our client has an excellent new opportunity for a highly self-motivated Data Coordinator to join their Customer Service and eCommerce team to support the delivery of the core business strategy for their CRM and other digital platforms within the team's remit. This position would suit those with experience in a customer service environment with good administration skills along with the ability to interrogate and interpret data effectively. You will be highly proactive, taking full ownership of your work while thriving in a collaborative team environment. With multiple projects running simultaneously, you will independently set daily goals to contribute effectively to the broader eCommerce objectives. The role offers hybrid working and free on-site parking when in the office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the testing of developments on CRM and other digital systems.
- Account creation and updating of data requests.
- Support the onboarding of members and suppliers on to the digital systems.
- Demonstrate and promote the digital platforms to members and suppliers.
- Support the key account management of members and suppliers on the CRM.
- Analyse and report on data from the CRM and other digital systems within the company.
- Work with all departments to enable a more data driven approach across the whole business.
- Maintain all reporting and provide feedback on the data analysed.
- Integrate data streams to understand and highlight trends in the data.
- Support the digital team by responding to raised tickets.
- Key account management, managing of suppliers through the administration and data process.
- Internal administration.
What We're Looking For:
- Preferably educated to Graduate level/similar qualification or qualified by experience.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- The ability to interrogate and analyse data independently.
- Capable of working under pressure to meet necessary deadlines and initiatives.
- Able to work independently without supervision and demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to achieve results through objective-driven activities, both individually and as part of a team.
