Following a period of investment and change the Board are now focused on the appointment of a first class Chief Financial Officer, who will help advance strategic goals, drive efficiency and assist the delivery of an unparalleled customer experience. What will the Chief Financial Officer role involve? The role holder will undertake effective risk management, plan the organisation’s financial operations and deliver a strategy, and actively safeguard the businesses finances. The role will have a Board seat and be a member of the Executive Team. The overall goal is to protect the Company’s revenues and profits and ensure full financial control for stability and to enable sustainable growth. Suitable Candidate for the Chief Financial Officer vacancy: Fully qualified Accountant and proven experience within various executive level positions and strong board experience. An expert with a background in production of low volume, high value luxury goods, ideally with strong manufacturing experience. Expert skills with cash management, accounting for long term projects and high value orders. First class presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, be that investor relations or operational personnel.
