The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to deliver 3 no. wastewater schemes in the Oxfordshire and Berkshire areas for Thames Water. The Project Manager will ensure the highest levels of safety standards, whilst managing Site Managers to ensure the delivery of projects are within budget and programme. Projects are multidisciplinary engineering schemes, comprising of civil and MEICA works.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee all works on the projects
- Manage the Site Manager on each of the projects under your control
- Ensure the projects are working within program and budget
- Oversee change control
- Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor to manage the contract, providing support
- Ensure that all on sites under your control, are working to the highest safety, health, environment and quality standards
- Client interface
- Progress reporting
- Support, guide & review project design with all stakeholders through the design process
- Coordinate the delivery of the program with subcontractors and the site team
Qualifications:
- Either by experience or HND/BEng in suitable engineering discipline (civil, mechanical or electrical)
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- Experience of working on Thames Water projects would be advantageous but not essential
