Tenancy Officer Bromley, Dartford, Gravesham, Medway and Sevenoaks Fixed Term Contract until 1st May 2026 Up to £35,000 plus paid business mileage We are looking to recruit a Tenancy Officer. Resident Services work closely with our customers, providing housing services, housing management and first-class customer care. As a Tenancy Officer you will be working within the Neighbourhood and Tenancy Services Directorate to provide our residents with a personal point of contact for all queries. Responsibilities * Responding and managing to tenancy breaches. * Lead on managing reported cases of hoarding and safeguarding. * Ensure thorough understanding of the rights and obligations of all types of tenancies. * Leading tenancy fraud initiatives. * Co-ordinating with Local Authorities to highlight high risk properties. * Working with the Tenancy Advisor team, to enforce the terms and conditions of tenancy. * Initiate legal proceedings and attend court hearings for tenancy fraud cases.
