Head of Operational Performance

We are looking for a Head of Operational Performance to join our Committee Office at the House of Lords. This is an exciting new role which is being introduced to oversee and improve our Committee operations, processes and logistics. Youll be responsible for creating and being accountable for a new Committee Operations team who will deliver operational support, maintain and develop the offices policy framework, and oversee key governance work for our busy committees and office. This is an opportunity to work on a hybrid basis where you will be expected to work on-site at Parliament for at least two days a week, dependent on business need. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working in leadership roles, building strong working relationships with a variety of individuals and can use their sound judgement and analytical skills to determine improved ways of working and resolve problems.
