Vanta Staffing Reading is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to work for our client based in the Wokingham area. This will involve general Customer Service duties; this role would suit the right candidate who wants consistent work with a prestigious company.

Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in customer services or quoting role.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.

Main Duties:

  • Speaking to customers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and procedures.
  • Create and deliver accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring all information is complete.
  • Responsible for updating customer price lists as and when required.
  • Maintain accurate records within our customer database and CRM system.

Job Type: Full-time - 38.25 hours per week 8.30am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
