About the Role
We\’re looking for an experienced administrator who thrives in fast‑paced environments. You\’ll play a central role in coordinating engineer visits, managing job packs and van stock, raising invoices and quotes, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling engineer appointments and booking hotels
- Preparing job packs, quotes, and invoices
- Managing van stock and returns
- Using Servicelife to maintain customer/site history
- Chasing timesheets, job sheets, and outstanding quotes/invoices
- Entering sales orders and costing engineer time
- Handling calls, emails, and administrative tasks as needed
About You
- Experience in a similar administrative role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong numeracy and IT skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Confident decision‑maker who works well under pressure
