As a Trainee Property Consultant, you’ll play an integral role in managing and supporting property transactions for a wide range of corporate clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing property cases in line with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Delivering exceptional service with fairness and transparency.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third-party providers to coordinate and progress transactions.
- Assessing property documentation and formulating informed recommendations.
- Problem-solving with confidence, offering clear and timely solutions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
- Communicating effectively and professionally at all times.
