Facilities & Maintenance Administrator Plymouth, Devon | Mon–Fri, 08:45–17:30 Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent |  Are you organised, proactive and ready to roll up your sleeves in a role where no two days are the same? We\’re looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting a thriving head office operation in Plymouth. This is your chance to be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes – a key player who’s confident juggling tasks, solving problems, and keeping things in check across multiple sites.  What you\’ll be doing: Logging maintenance jobs and keeping everything tracked and up to date Liaising with stores and contractors to ensure jobs are completed efficiently Reconciling job lists, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Keeping accurate records, managing compliance certificates, quotes & invoice Assisting with monthly reporting and ad hoc admin Jumping in with solutions when issues arise – you\’re the fixer! What you’ll bring: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills – you’ll be talking to lots of people! Solid Excel skills and confidence working with systems A proactive, can-do attitude – you\’re calm under pressure and quick to adapt Some facilities or maintenance knowledge?
