We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor working Monday to Friday on a full-time and permanent basis for a company based in Bromsgrove.

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (30 min lunch)

Location: Bromsgrove

This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor who is reliable and enthusiastic and looking to work within a busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with existing customers via email and telephone
  • Processing orders, returns and credits via Sage
  • Working with the Sales Team to ensure that customers are satisfied

Key Requirements:

  • The ability to remain calm in a busy environment
  • Adaptability and organisational skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office
  • Good speed while providing excellent Customer Service
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
