We are working with a well-established HVAC Manufacturer seeking a Managing Director to lead its next phase of growth. The company has a strong reputation for innovation, compliance, and outstanding service and has ambitious plans to grow with strong investment in place.
The Role:
This senior leadership position requires a strategic and commercially astute leader to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and market expansion. You will oversee all business functions, ensuring long-term success while maintaining a strong people-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full P&L ownership and business strategy execution
- Leading a senior team of Directors & 100 + staff
- Driving operational efficiency and market share growth

- Proven leadership experience in the HVAC Industry, ideally in the Commercial sector
- Strong track record in business growth, stability, and profitability

Location: Southeast – candidates must be commutable
Attractive package: Base salary, performance incentives, company car/allowance, pension & 25 days holiday
