Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Sustainability team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract basis. The Paralegal will report directly to the Sustainability Partners, as well as being part of the larger Investment Funds Group.
Key responsibilities:
- Legal drafting
- Company searches on Sustainability databases, reviewing search results and preparing summary documents
- Maintain Sustainability Groups knowhow materials
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have excellent academics and a keen interest in sustainability. Flexibility is a must for this role, as well as being proactive and organised. Future trainees with 12+ months availability will also be considered.
