Are you experienced in precision machining and looking to take the next step in your career into a managerial position that will put you within the senior leadership team, offering a Christmas shutdown?

The Role

• Shift: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday, 08:30 – 14:00 Friday
• Lead the production side of the business and ensure manufacturing deadlines are met
• Lead a team of 25 on the workshop floor
• Remain informed on your area of the business and conduct weekly reports to the MD
• Work to optimise production efficiency and ensure a seamless workflow across a range of machining processes
• Collaborate with the production planner, engineer and supervisor to enhance the production processes

Person

• Experience in a leadership / supervisory position
• Extensive knowledge of machining processes
