Job Title: Site Manager Location: Enfield, Greater London Project: £3.5m New Build Extension Salary: £65k – £70k plus company van, and flexible package About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee a £3.5m new build extension project in Edmonton, North London. This project involves piling, steel frame construction, cladding, and internal fit-out. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and ensure the successful delivery of a high-profile project. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all on-site activities, including piling, steel frame construction, cladding, and internal fit-out, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. * Programme the build process * Implement and maintain health and safety protocols on site. * Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management. * Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
