Freelance Building Surveyor

We’re working with a busy and respected building consultancy that is looking to appoint a Freelance Building Surveyor to support ongoing projects across Milton Keynes and London.    This position is well suited to an experienced surveyor seeking consistent freelance work with autonomy and a varied workload.    Key responsibilities will include: Local Authority Housing Disrepair assessments Expert Witness reporting Party Wall matters Defect diagnosis Investigative surveys Schedules of Works Contract Administration    Contract details: Projects across Milton Keynes and London 6 month contract, with possibility of ongoing work Immediate start available Day rate: £250–£350 (open to higher rates for the right candidate) IR35: Outside IR35    The successful candidate will have: MRICS or MCIOB is desired, but not essential At least 5+ years experience in a Building Surveying position.
