What Youll Do: Accurately process all warranty claims, calculating labour and material costs. Ensure all claims are submitted quickly and efficiently. Maintain organised records of current, pending, and processed claims. Investigate and resolve rejected claims and discrepancies. Keep up-to-date with manufacturer labour rates and policy changes. Handle displaced parts and paintwork claims with attention to process and compliance. Obtain authorisations and maintain paperwork to meet Toyota standards. …
