We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and expanding independent Estate Agency, renowned for their professional approach, local market knowledge, and exceptional client satisfaction. Due to continued growth and success, they are now looking to welcome an enthusiastic and motivated Estate Agent to join their dynamic team of Estate Agents!

What You’ll Be Doing:- Conduct property valuations and gather key marketing information.
- Coordinate photography and promotional material for listings.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Advertise and market properties using a variety of channels.
- Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Liaise with all stakeholders including solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Oversee the sales progression process to ensure a smooth completion.
- Maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after transactions.
- Keep administrative records up to date and compliant.
