This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and confident early years professional to step into a leadership role across multiple rooms within a well-established nursery.
The Role
As a Senior Room Leader, you’ll take on a key leadership position, inspiring and guiding your team to deliver high standards of care and education. Your focus will be on ensuring educational consistency across the rooms, mentoring colleagues, and championing best practices in early years development.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Overseeing multiple rooms to ensure a unified approach to care and education
- Supporting and mentoring Room Leaders and Practitioners to encourage continuous improvement
- Ensuring the wellbeing and safeguarding of all children in your care
- Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers
- Promoting an inclusive, supportive and nurturing environment for children and staff alike

With space for up to 104 children and a longstanding, experienced team, the setting is well-respected locally.
