Job Description Operational Due Diligence Snr Analyst: Our client are a leading ODD consultancy business supporting Hedge Funds, Private Markets, Crypto and other industries. They are looking to hire a senior analyst with 2-5 years of experience to support their continued growth and success. If you have a background in ODD and are looking for a step up or you are in a similar role but would like to transition to ODD please hit apply! You’ll review operational due diligence questionnaires, service provider reviews and client reports across a multitude of strategies, including hedge funds, private equity, long-only and Crypto. Additionally, the analyst with be involved in building out the technology strategy and implementation to improve efficiency and client delivery. Responsibilities: Perform and assist with ODD reviews or lighter-touch ODD reviews by issuing appropriate Manager and Fund questionnaires to target investment manager and fund(s) on behalf of the client. Ensure timely receipt of questionnaires and complete any outstanding questions / gaps / documents. Qualitatively assess operational risks across manager operations, staff, systems, information technology, compliance and service providers.
