Role Overview:

As a MIG Welder, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication of high-quality steel structures and components for a wide range of bespoke projects across the UK and Europe. This position is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and highly skilled workshop team, develop your fabrication skills, and contribute to nationally recognised projects.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG welding on mild steel components (3mm-25mm thickness)
  • Work from technical drawings to fabricate and assemble structures
  • Maintain high quality and safety standards throughout production
  • Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and site teams to meet deadlines

Salary & Benefits: £14.50/hour (flexible depending on experience)

Weekly hours: 38 hours

Opportunity for extended projects and long-term work

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Working Location: Workshop based in Haverhill
