What You’ll Be Doing: * Manage the end-to-end lettings process – from viewings to negotiations, to closing tenancy agreements * Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants, every step of the way * Support the Lettings Manager in day-to-day team management and performance * Coach and motivate junior lettings consultants – helping them hit targets and grow * Be a go-to expert on the local market, legal compliance, and service standards * Drive results while keeping customer experience at the core What’s In It for You: * Up to £30K basic salary + realistic £45K OTE * Modern city centre office – high footfall and premium stock * Real progression path to Lettings Manager and beyond * Work in a fast-paced, supportive team environment * Ongoing training and development from industry leaders What We’re Looking For: * Solid experience in residential lettings and Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager level, ideally in a busy city centre role * Strong closing and negotiation skills * Confident leading by example and mentoring others * Organised, proactive and up to date with current legislation and compliance * Ambitious, energetic, and motivated by success If you are currently working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator with step up responsibilities and want to progress into a management role or you are currently an Assistant Lettings Managers looking for a fresh challenge and to be part of a very exciting team that is set to have its biggest year with huge growth, then apply now
