The Role We\’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with: At least 3 years\’ experience in recruitment. A proven track record of annual billings over £100,000 The hunger and self-discipline to thrive in a hybrid setup (2 days in our Chichester office, 3 days remote-based on consistent performance). What You\’ll Get Competitive starting salary from £25,000 per annum. Uncapped commission, no thresholds – earn from your first placement. Realistic OTE: Year 1: £35,000 – £45,000 Year 2: £45,000 – £55,000 Year 3: £60,000+ Flexible hybrid working-with a central office steps away from shops, cafés, salons, and everything Chichester has to offer.
