Maintenance Engineer - Electrical

Location: Hull Job Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Property Maintenance Engineer on behalf of our client, a well-established facilities management organisation. In this autonomous role, you will also collaborate with Client Representatives to deliver a comprehensive and high-quality property maintenance service across all on-site facilities. You will be an integral part of the wider In-house Maintenance Team, bringing a designated core skill and leading in this area, while also being capable of undertaking a broad range of property maintenance tasks within your competence. Key Responsibilities: Work independently and alongside Client Representatives to provide a comprehensive property maintenance service. Collaborate with the Hard Services Manager and Engineering Team to ensure all PPM and breakdown tasks are programmed and completed in line with contractual/statutory requirements and your skillset. Supervise the Engineering Team, ensuring tasks are carried out to a high standard with a strong focus on customer service. Support the Hard Services Manager in contractor management, ensuring all contractors provide necessary RAMs which are reviewed before work commences.
