We’re currently searching for a fantastic support worker to join the team at our residential service. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people every day! Redmond house is a large residential service with capacity for 12 residents. This is a purpose-built bungalow which offers bedrooms with en-suites. The people we support at this service have been diagnosed with conditions such as Learning Disabilities, physical disabilities, Epilepsy, and Cerebral Palsy. This wide range of conditions ensures that support workers continue to develop and learn new skills on a day-to-day basis. Redmond House have excellent relationships with external health professionals which ensures all needs are met, this collaborative approach ensures the people we support receive a high standard of care. We have a well-established staff team with some working there for some considerable time.
