We are recruiting for a leading marketing agency dedicated to the retail sector. This retail focused marketing agency has been helping clients market their products in store and online for over 20 years. They look after a growing portfolio of household names and due to growth, they are now looking for a Mid-Weight Strategist to join the team.
You will be joining a friendly team led by a Head of Strategy. The main purpose of the role is to help develop insight-led shopper marketing strategies for brand activations in the UK and internationally.
What do you need?
- At least two years' experience in planning/strategy in shopper marketing
- A solid understanding of retail environments (grocery and GTR)
- Perceptive and inquisitive, a natural problem solver
- A basic understanding of how to turn data and insight into actionable marketing strategy
- Strong creative thinker who enjoys problem solving and adapting strategies based on insight
- Organised, proactive and used to working in a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident presenting findings
- A keen interest in staying up to date with emerging trends, technologies and innovations in retail and marketing generally
