Associate Quantity Surveyor

ABOUT THE COMPANY A leading independent cost consultancy in London is recruiting for an Associate Quantity Surveyor in its Residential team in London. The team is led by 3 experienced Partners and work with leading developer clients on high-end luxury resi & hotel developments. ABOUT THE ROLE The Associate will be a senior member of the team, working closely alongside the Partners. They will take the lead on pre- and post-contract QS duties for key client projects, and manage junior surveyors in the team. Duties will include producing cost estimates and plans, managing the tender process, monitor the status of projects and attend site meetings, and negotiating final account settlements. REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate for this role will be MRICS accredited with proven experience in a cost consulting environment delivering projects in the residential sector. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and be capable of establishing strong client relationships. REWARDS AND BENEFITS On offer is a salary up to £85,000 per annum plus excellent benefits including 28 days annual leave, paid RICS fees, private health insurance and bonus
