Our client requires Qualified TTMBC Traffic Management Operatives in the Exeter area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board.

Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to carry out work to a high standard
  • Good communication skills

Applicants must have:

  • CSCS card (Preferred)
  • TTMBC Qualification
  • Good timekeeping skills
  • Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
  • Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, days & nights.

Rate of Pay: £12.25 per hour

These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from:

  • Accrued Holiday Pay from day one
  • Pension contributions (after a qualifying period)
  • Weekly Pay
  • No Umbrella payments or fees
  • Only Tax and National Insurance deductions and this will be shown on your payslip

This is a temporary role, but there is a possibility this could become permanent in the future.
