We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our client's billing services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring stakeholders receive an accurate and professional billing service, while engaging, building trust, and networking at all levels. As the first line of escalation for clients and colleagues, you will drive accuracy standards across the team and manage a group of billing coordinators and assistants. Your role will also involve providing technical expertise and on-the-job training for team members, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying efficiencies for future ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
