Creative Support, a dynamic and fast-growing not-for-profit organisation, provides high-quality care to individuals with diverse needs. We’re looking for warm, caring, and proactive Relief Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Firsbrook House in Wolverhampton.
About the Role: You’ll offer person-centred care and support throughout the night, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for individuals with mental health needs in this 24-hour supported living service. Firsbrook House comprises 36 flats, supporting both general needs and individuals requiring 1:1 assistance with daily living skills, health and medication prompts, and emotional or practical support. As part of a motivated team, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively to ensure residents enjoy fulfilling lifestyles. Your unique ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and to defuse situations will be invaluable.
Key Responsibilities:
