A vibrant and forward-thinking primary school in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced and motivated SENCO to join their team from September 2025. This is a permanent role with responsibilities including SENCO (0.6) and class teaching (0.4). Part-time applications will also be considered.

- Qualified teacher with relevant SENCO experience or National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to work towards it)
- Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
- Clear vision for inclusive education and ability to support staff with effective strategies
