We are looking for an experienced MEP Revit Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating MEP projects using Revit MEP, ensuring all designs meet BIM Level 2 standards.
- Participating in internal and external meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.
- Checking and reviewing work produced by other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Utilising Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Creating and managing schedules and sheets within Revit MEP.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and a strong understanding of its functionality.
- Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of COBie Data and BIM Level 2 standards.
- Ability to produce neat and accurate drawings and models.
- Experience with Dynamo is a plus but not essential.
