About the Role The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious construction matters, working directly alongside the Head of Construction to ensure efficient, expert service delivery. This role will primarily focus on contentious construction law , and therefore experience in dispute resolution under JCT and other construction contracts is essential.
