Are you an experienced Housing Options Officer seeking your next assignment? North Northamptonshire Council is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to assist in managing the increasing demand on their homelessness services. This pivotal role focuses on reducing backlogs and waiting times for homelessness applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct triage of new homelessness applications and manage caseloads efficiently

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in housing options, homelessness casework, or related services
