We're recruiting exclusively on behalf of a well-established, employee-owned home improvements specialist that’s gearing up for significant growth, and they’re looking for a National Sales Manager to take the reins. As the National Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading & Managing the National Sales Team: Overseeing remote, video-based B2C sales consultants.
- Personally Driving B2B Sales: Presenting to managing agents, developers, and trade partners to secure new partnerships and commercial contracts.
- Collaborating Across the Business: Working closely with the Director and Marketing team to align campaigns, optimise lead generation, and support strategic growth.

As the National Sales Manager, your experience and skills will include:
- 5 years’ experience managing regional or national sales teams in B2C or hybrid B2C/B2B environments.
- Demonstrated success in delivering aggressive growth targets.
