Job Title: Mortgage Administrator Location: London (nearest station Warren Street) – 4 days office-based, 1 day working from home Salary: Up to £33,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Benefits: 22 days annual leave 4x Death in Service benefit Hybrid working model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.About our Client and the role of Mortgage Administrator: We are working with a directly authorised mortgage brokerage to recruit a Mortgage Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and professional team where you\’ll be responsible for the full post-sale mortgage and life application process through to successful completion. The role involves supporting Sales Consultants and fellow administrators, managing a personal case pipeline, and ensuring accurate and timely updates to all parties involved. You\’ll play a vital role in ensuring efficient case progression while maintaining strong organisational and communication skills. Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Administrator: Liaise with lenders, clients, and other third parties to manage mortgage and life applications from post-sale to completion Work closely with Sales Consultants and the wider admin team to support the case journey Manage client files, documentation, and in-house/online systems Maintain a diary system to monitor all cases, ensuring outstanding matters are followed up promptly Process all incoming post and emails daily Support general office duties such as answering calls and assisting with operational tasks Take full ownership of allocated cases, ensuring all updates and follow-ups are handled efficiently Flexibility and team collaboration are essential to this roleExperience required for the role of Mortgage Administrator: Previous experience in a mortgage administration role Confident liaising with lenders, clients, and internal teams PC literate, proactive, and highly organised Able to manage workload independently while also contributing to a team environment Enthusiastic and confident with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working across multiple systems and applications.Trusting Stellar Select: At Stellar Select, our commitment goes beyond recruitment; it\’s about crafting experiences that elevate your career journey.
