We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a high-profile commercial construction project. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all electrical installation and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical works including installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure all work is performed to current codes, standards, and best practices.
- Manage and mentor electrical teams, subcontractors, and junior supervisors.
- Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and quality control checks.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may affect project timelines or quality.
- Enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Gold ECS card
- SMSTS
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical supervision, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity on commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and BMS systems.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
