We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Junior Manager to join our Client's Real Estate team on a fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in driving the firm's strategy and supporting growth across the Real Estate sectors. You will collaborate closely with practice and industry teams, leveraging client insights and managing strategic initiatives to enhance client engagement and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Support the delivery of industry and practice strategies, ensuring global connectivity and knowledge sharing.
- Client Development & Management: Cultivate targeted client accounts, develop in-depth understanding of client businesses, and execute client account plans to drive profitable growth.
- Opportunity Identification & Management: Utilize market insights to identify client needs and opportunities, manage the pursuit process, and support major client opportunities including bids and proposals.
- Profile Raising & Thought Leadership: Collaborate on campaigns and thought leadership initiatives, preparing marketing materials and supporting directory/awards submissions.
- Risk and Control: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
About You:
- Proven BD experience in a law firm.
- Strong project management skills and commercial awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and problem-solving.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
