Continuous Improvement Analyst required on an initial 2.5 month contract (Outside IR35). The Continuous Improvement Analyst will play a key role in the delivery of this new capability that will transform the way we support the business in creating change to improve processes and efficiency.
Location: Southampton 1 / 2 days per week
Rate: £290 per day outside IR35
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Essential Experience in a similar role
- An in-depth knowledge of process design and business process management
- Proficiency in creating process maps, flowcharts and other visual aids to illustrate complex processes and operating procedures
- Ability to assess processes and identify areas for improvement using data analysis and statistical techniques
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills to develop feasible solutions
- Ability to define, document and deliver the successful delivery of continuous improvement change initiatives
- A good understanding of Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma techniques with a minimum of Green Belt Lean certification or equivalent
- Experience in providing formal and informal development on continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
