Location – Kent and Hybrid

Package – 60-70K Basic, Company Car, Pension, Bonus, Annual Bonus, 26 days annual leave, plus more

This is an exciting opportunity to join a world class engineering business operating within the Construction and Engineering sector on highly prestigious life science and pharmaceutical projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Effective delivery of multiple engineering design projects
  • Lead the pre-construction design process
  • Liaising with clients, client vendors, design teams and internal technical and commercial teams
  • Travelling regionally to offices, client offices and sites
  • Showing both technical and commercial awareness in the interest of relevant stakeholders
  • Design Compliance

Experience and Background:

  • Strong understanding of contractual administration, design and build, EPC’s and NEC contracts
  • Strong Lead Design experience
  • Understanding of life sciences, pharmaceutical or related industries and technologies
  • RIBA, FEL and AEC knowledge
  • Engineering MEP background
  • Client Facing and communication skills
  • Engineering qualification/degree
