This is an exciting opportunity to join a world class engineering business operating within the Construction and Engineering sector on highly prestigious life science and pharmaceutical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Effective delivery of multiple engineering design projects
- Lead the pre-construction design process
- Liaising with clients, client vendors, design teams and internal technical and commercial teams
- Travelling regionally to offices, client offices and sites
- Showing both technical and commercial awareness in the interest of relevant stakeholders
- Design Compliance
Experience and Background:
- Strong understanding of contractual administration, design and build, EPC’s and NEC contracts
- Strong Lead Design experience
- Understanding of life sciences, pharmaceutical or related industries and technologies
- RIBA, FEL and AEC knowledge
- Engineering MEP background
- Client Facing and communication skills
- Engineering qualification/degree
