Job Title: HR Success Factors Systems Analyst Duration: 6 months Location: Warwick (occasional travel to the office) We are currently seeking a Success Factors Systems Analyst to join our client\’s team in Warwick. As the Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our client\’s HR applications, specifically focusing on the Success Factors Performance & Goals, Succession, and Learning modules. Job purpose: The Systems Analyst is responsible for day-to-day system maintenance and ongoing testing and improvements for HR applications. Working within the HR Technology Team alongside Global Product Owners with responsibility for one or more of the following areas depending on experience: SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession and Learning modules and associated integrated applications. Primary responsibility for one or more SuccessFactors modules (dependent on experience) with cross training requirements to support other designated modules and integrated applications. Previous experience working within Agile development framework is desirable but not essential for the role. Key Responsibilities: Central technical subject matter expert and enterprise administrator.
