Job Description Opportunity: Debt Recovery Lawyer Location: Greater Manchester (Hybrid Working) Salary: £30,000 – £70,000 I am currently working with a respected regional law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Debt Recovery Lawyer to join its litigation team in Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad caseload of commercial and consumer debt recovery matters, working with clients ranging from SMEs to large national businesses. The role involves end-to-end case management, including pre-litigation advice, court proceedings, and enforcement. Key details: Position suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal (minimum 5 years’ experience in debt recovery) Strong knowledge of litigation processes, enforcement options, and insolvency procedures is essential Experience drafting legal correspondence and advising clients directly is required Opportunity to supervise junior staff and contribute to team development Hybrid working available; based in Greater Manchester Role offers long-term progression and development within a Legal 500-recognised team All of the salaries above are subject to experience.
