Social Housing Site Manager Location: West London Area Salary: £35,000 – £36,000 per annum The Role Supervising void/planned and responsive works. Responsible for overseeing all works from start to finish. Dealing professionally with any problems that may arise. Reporting on pre and post inspections/handovers, liaising directly with client supervisors and surveyors. Ensuring vehicle and health & safety inspections are carried out throughout the team. Preparation of specification of works issued to the client within the timeframe set out in KPI\’s. Assisting responsive engineers where required in day to day tasks. Key Responsibilities All Housing contracts allocated are to be given full attention. To build relationship with client. Assisting a large team, which includes internal Operations, Administration staff and external Contractors and Suppliers. Producing accurate costings and bills of quantities. Processing of correct paperwork from Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and Operatives in a timely manner. Monitoring Health and Safety issues and updating toolbox talks and producing RAMS, where required.
