Job Title – CNC Operative / General Warehouse Operative Location:Matlock Job Type: 12-week temp to perm Company: JT Recruit Job Description: JT Recruit is seeking a CNC Operative / General Warehouse Operative to join our team in Matlock. This role offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent position following a successful 12-week temporary period. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining and troubleshooting equipment as needed. Supporting the Department Team Leader / Supervisor by checking and updating information on incoming / outgoing goods from storage and production. Managing warehouse tasks using Warehouse Management System (WMS). Meeting daily targets, including a scrap reduction target. Liaising with other departments to achieve production targets. Managing stock levels on the in-house system and supporting with regular stock take. Working to 5S standards. Contributing towards continuous improvement initiatives.
